Your problem solving skills shine when:

You need to invent a new way to solve the problem.
You can try out many solutions before deciding on the right one.

A strong drive to make things work, no matter what.
Getting different ideas, viewpoints, and people to relate.
Looking at all the facts, and not letting anything irrelevant cloud your judgement.
